The Situation

A Carrier in Growth, Not in Recovery

Air Astana is Kazakhstan's flag carrier and part of the largest airline group in Central Asia and the Caucasus. In 2025, the Air Astana Group carried a record 9.7 million passengers across a network of more than 132 routes spanning 22 countries. As the airline continues to expand its network and serve growing passenger demand, maintaining coordination, consistency, and operational control across ground operations becomes increasingly critical.

As flight volumes increase and new stations come online, ground operations face compounding demands. More aircraft movements. More resource dependencies. More operational complexity across multiple locations.

The Operational Challenge

Why the Traditional Model Doesn't Hold at Scale

Ground operations is where an airline's plan meets reality. Flights arrive late. Equipment is unavailable. Staff constraints change mid-shift. Aircraft movements ripple through the day. Each disruption is manageable alone.
